Amazon new return policy?

Not sure if this has been covered previously or not. But I saw a few ladies footwear on sale in amazon today. But upon checking the return policy it showed this which is pretty concerning:

Not sure what you meant by that. But the fact that an item when on sale can not be returned /refunded even if it is damaged, defective or completely missing should be concerning.
 
Did the item show returnable and you found this tucked away somewhere or was the item listed as not returnable in the first place. Because the latter has existed since a long time and i've seen it becoming more n more common.
