What's up with Amazon these days, it's so frustrating to shop there unless the seller is Clicktech or similar.

There are so many shitty third party sellers now with horrible ratings and or fake ratings. Good phone deals with trustworthy sellers for example seem to be non-existent.

See that screenshot, wth is even Pxel. Also Amazon customer care cannot cancel orders from third party sellers without the seller's consent. So frustrating uff.

I noticed this too. A lot of the chinese stuff have 4 star ratings but when we click on item info there's more 1/2/3 star ratings than 4 star. How did they get 4 star ratings then?
It's the same with seller rating. Click on the seller info, the last 12 months rating is mostly negative. But amazon shows 4 star ratings. Plus people who leave 1 star negative feedback, amazon deletes the feedback if amazon is the shipper. Can't trust any ratings on amazon now.

These are all sellers buying Flipkart exclusive phones and selling them on Amazon for 2-3k higher.

That is understood as the Brand is also listed as Generic instead of Google. The question is how does it help these sellers to not use the actual brand or product name?

I am assuming there is some more due diligence required when selling specific products and these sellers can skip these by using these workarounds. But it also speaks volumes of Amazon's processes that such low-effort listings are not even flagged on their side.

Also most such listings have fake generic reviews that are not verified purchases.
