Hello there guyz,
I am a novice comp user. Great to be here today !
I have a 1.5 yr old Compaq Presario. I wanted to updgrade the Motherboard and the Processor. After a small research, i have decided on the below.
Processor will be : AMD 3500+ (64bit) 939pin - INR 4150
I have decided on Asus A8N-E (Socket 939) - INR 5850
And adding a graphic card, that will be Nvidia Geforce 7300 GT - INR 5300 ( Brand : SPARKLE (Is this a good one?) )
I guess i will have to change the Cabinet to an ATX one, Coz the Asus A8N - E wont fit in. Here is where i need your expertize advice.

1) What Cabinet should i buy? And should i buy a Power Supply unit?
The PSU in my Presario is a 250 W one. Should i change it? If so, which one should i opt for? I am really confused about this.
2) What's the CPU fan that i should buy? Which brand is better?

I can use the same RAM from the new Mother Board.
HDD will be the same (7000 RPM- 80 GB). Otherwise all the parts would be borrowerd from Compaq.
I play a lot of Strategy games, Computer is ON for 16 - 20 hours a day.
Please help me solve the above questions.
