Graphic Cards AMD card to match a E6600 (may not use a 6 pin power outlet)

A E6600, 4GB RAM in an Iball Piano cabinet is being built for me as a temporary system. I doubt the pre-installed SMPS/PSU will be able to handle a card that needs it's own 6 pin power connector. I don't plan on buying a new PSU (my old rig has a CM Real Power 500/550W from 2008 but the service center said it may have caused my old motherboard to go bad) since I plan to get a more powerful rig built by myself in 6 months.

For the next 6 months, I plan to play League of Legends from time to time on my AOC 22 inch at 1680 x 1050. I'd purchase an AMD card since the video quality is superior to Nvidia's for movies and general 2D use.

What AMD card fits well with a E6600 without being bottle necked by the CPU?

What is the most powerful AMD card that doesn't use a 6 pin power outlet?

I plan to get a Sapphire card since that brand has low noise cards.
 
I've upgraded the system being built for me to include an i3 2100.

The 6670 fits the bill (I had a 8800GT and the 6670 seems to be a tad more powerful) for movie watching and light gaming for the next few months until I get a new PSU and a 6850.
