after trying a number of things, i'm posting here..
i've filled/mailed a number of forms at various email ids but still my cpu replacement is still pending and i've got no response from amd or accel regarding it..
i've got an athlon x2 250 which has gone kaput, i want to replace it. please tell me the procedure to do so.
on the accel website, while filling the form, the "service type" drop-down box isn't working, i've even submitted the rma-claim form but got no reply. so can anybody please tell what is it that i'm doing wrong here? or tell me the exact procedure to be followed..
i've also submitted the request at www.amd.com/warranty a number of times using 2 email ids now, but let alone the service number, i'm not even getting an automated response mail..
