Two months ago,we have exposed the release time and power consumption of Fusion APU processors, and recently DonanimHaber get some official information about the performance.

Llano APU will be based on 32nm manufacturing process of GlobalFoundries, features Socket FM1 port,DDR3 1600 memory and integrates UVD3 video engine.

High-performance edition "Llano" processor won’t appear in the 3rd quarter of 2011.The first batch of "Llano" processors include two quad-core,a tri-core,two dual-core products.Tri-core and quad-core processors all integrate Beavercreek graphics core, support DX11 with TDP of 100W.While dual-core integrate Winterpark graphics core, feature DX11 as well as TDP of 65W.

According to the source, performance of dual-core Llano processors slightly lag behind Athlon II X2 250 and Pentium E6500.But as for Winterpark graphics performance it’s much better than that of current integrated graphcis. In addtion, its graphics performance is 4.7 times faster than the latter two in visual performance and compute capacity.

Quad-core Llano processors are slower than Athlon II X4 640,but faster than dual-core Core i3-540 processors, while performance of quad-core Llano APU integrated graphics is close to that of Radeon HD 5500/5600 series.
