AMD "Oland" HD 8800 Series Details Surface

Some details on AMD's upcoming HD 8800 series GPUs which are codenamded "Oland" have surfaced .
The new GPUs are based on 28nm process and will pack 3.4 billion transistors on a 270mm² die .

If the chart is true , the HD 8870 and HD 8850 will be cheaper and offer higher performance/cost and performance/watt ratio than their predecessors.
