Graphic Cards AMD OR NVIDIA for (15k - 19k)

Hey Forks,
Greeting to all :)

I need to know what will be the best buy for me in the 15k - 19 k price range for gaming and softwares such as:
after effects
illustrator
photoshop cc
3D MAXs

and still learning in future ;)

I was thinking of brands like ASUS, Sapphire, Zotac.

I think if i go for amd then a r9 270x card and if nvidia then a gtx 760 card.

which card to buy ?

and does this card have a 5 yrs warrenty o_O

my hardware configuration is :

amd phenom II x 6 1055t @ 3.5ghz
gigabyte 880gm-usb3 rev 3.1
corsair RM 750
8gb g.skill ripjaws X
phantom 410 with extra cooling fans ( only bottom fan missing now :angelic:)
noctua U-12p
lg monitor with 1440 x 900 but future plans for Full HD 24" monitor :D

I would love to have a card with 5yrs warrenty ! Any card with good cooler from zotac in 760 ?
 
How is gigabyte galaxy gtx 760 in compare to zotac gtx 760 ?

I am just tempted for zotac due to 5 or 4 yrs warranty :D

And what if I buy the card with out vat ! And get a vat paid bill from local shop ! Will I get warrenty ? Local shop bill will be genuine!
