AMD A10 6800k is available on Flipkart for Rs. 9839, you can opt for this, and compliment it with either Gigabyte F2 A85XM or Biostar Hi-Fi A85W chipset. This setup will consume more than 50% of your budget. Both these mobos have HDMI out.
