AMD X2 240 AM3 Processor or equivalent

Hello friends, I know this is crazy, asking for a used processor which has released just few months back. But one of my relative badly need this processor.
The processor must have atleast 2 years of warranty.
 
i have a 5200 reply me if u want 1.7 k with hsf
purchased AUGUST 2009
i dont have the bill but it is of no need anyways

but there is one problem with proccy
not so serious.
it depends on how much RAM ur friend is going to install.
if u r intrested i can PM u the PROBLEM
