I am new to overclocking so I may be asking some very basic questions, please bear with me
I don't have any overclocking options in BIOS (latest version) so I am trying to overclock the chip using nTune.
I increased the speed to 2.32GHz from 2.1GHz, and I think it is stable (I played games as well as ran Prime95 and NVidia stability test).

I increased two sliders as shown in big red text. Am I doing it right? What is the "Reference clock (PCI-E)" - should I leave it to its default value of 100MHz?
Also there are a horde of options for memory at the bottom: http://i.imgur.com/VtxeE.jpg I don't understand them and I have left it untouched. Should I modify any of these?
