There is no question of ethics. You wont work for anyone for free. Neither will anyone for you.

Same thing. Everyone wants to make profit. And so what if AMD is slashing prices too many times. If it maintains their market share thats what they should do.

AMD is not gona go down any time soon. It survived its first 10 years is much hostile odds. And not its still not too bad a picture for AMD looking at large OEM support that they are getting even today.

Its a competition. You need to make profit while you can. These companies invest billions in research. They need to pay ever demanding talent too. Its not like engineers are settling at same old salaries. They made huge profit before and thats how you are gona see the next cool hardware in your hands later in the future.

Because of AMD we have been able to break Intel's Monopoly in the Market. Companies like DELL, HP etc. are promoting AMD based Desktops and Laptops like anything, bcause they understand that AMD Offers more Value for Money. Intel and Microsoft has always played a Monopoly Game. Thanks to AMD and Linux, they have threatened them in regular Intervals, although breaking Microsoft is hard to Breakthrough. There latest game pushing Branded Players to bundle Windows Vista with their PC and Notebooks,

I will never buy according to price:no:
I think of what i need and that is my plain E6300 for a long time :bleh:

Here we are not only concerned abt. price its price to performance ration buddy. and AMD is clearly winning the race [processor at stock] ... AMD mobo did not cost much and you can build a gr8 gaming rig by saving extra cash and spending in Quality ram and GPU

AMD is Always Up .. Intel C2D is a gr8 processor but overall price is too much even when you take E6300 + Mobo into concern.... So i think X2 3600+ or 4400+ is a better choice when 1 optying for E 6300 or E 6400... And X2 5000+ is the best deal for 1 to have a power computing ...:hap2: Just wait till Intel slashes 22nd April

And not to forget because of these price cuts by AMD, you had the conroe architecture in the first place...

well C2D e4300 is already available on newegg for abt 140$...comes to <6k...the price wars are just beginnig...i hv been thinking of upgrading to amd x2...now that c2d prices are set to come to very affordable levels...i think it'd be worth waiting for...
