hmm 4-5hrs i think more then enough

5)What OS do you prefer? Windows (XP or Vista or Windows 7), Mac OS, Linux, etc.

But i am confused which one to go tablet or laptop can't decided but i think for my use laptop is better

I did suggest a Laptop for you. Get any Intel based Dual core lappy, it will fit perfectly in your budget. You may have to look for local dealers as they are the ones who will have (old)stock of Dual core based Laptops.
Browsing may be a pain on a tablet; the physical keyboard(vs virtual/on screen one) will be handy for your office work.
