If you would prefer tier 1 manufacturers only, look at Sony Tipo, Galaxy Y or Galaxy Music. There might be some other galaxy variants by samsung but don't expect a very good processor or screen at this range. If you want a bigger screen look at Galaxy Ace but it runs on android 2.3.
