Android Android 15 beta 1 Android Easter egg still shows Android 14

Just got the a15 upgrade on my pixel 6a. The Android version says Vanilla ice-cream but clicking it repeatedly to launch the easter egg, brings the Android 14 easter egg and states the Android version is 14


Did the update not apply correctly?

It's a beta 1 update. There are bound to be bugs, and this one sounds like one. Wait till beta 2.
