Android - Install Apps on Card or Memory ,

Hey guys,

Am a little confused .
Should i install games on Memory Card or internal memory . Is there any effect on performance ?

I have Defy with 8GB class 10 card.

I like to install games/Apps on internal memory , that way i can format my memory card when i want if it wont slow my phone down .

I hate when i start it in USB , half the apps go blank as they are install on USB
