Moto E. But you will have to settle with 4.3" screen and mediocre camera.

Wait a week or so for the initial reviews of the Moto E to come out. Going by the X and the G, it could be one hell of a phone for the price, but the verdict is still out there.

Two of my friends bought MOTO-E. One is working fine and the others is having audio defect. Returned back and got refund.

Don't think any Android at 8K will come with a decent camera. You can consider Lumias though. Lumia 525 will be around your budget.
