Budget 15-20K Android, Non-Samsung, Max- 4.5 Inch, Better Battery

3) Maximum Screen Size - 4.5 Inches
4) Comparatively Better Battery.

Sony Xperia C SP if you are on tight budget, If you can extend your budget by 4-5k Nexus 4.

Dont buy Xperia C ( its just a glorified overpriced mediatek phone with exact same spec as Xolo Q800, canvas HD etc). instead get LG optimus L9 if you cant buy Nexus 4.

Mate... It is just 0.1" greater than you max screen size requirement.. I would still suggest you give it a try.

It'll be more than enough for doing more than normal stuff. Afterall it has A7*4 (Quad) Processors.

I don't think its worth buying this phone except for the fact that it carries 4000 mAh battery.

Which Android phone has more than 4GB internal storage in the 17k price range?
The only one that I could find was the Samsung S Advance(8GB). The 4GB internal memory space is the only thing that is making me think twice before putting down money for the Lenovo P780/P770.

Does anyone else think that the LG Optimus L9 is overpriced? I am looking for a phone which has more than 2000mAh battery. The L9 is pretty lightweight(125gm) and has a medium sized battery(2100mAh). But 17k for it seems a bit too pricey.
