Android Phone and HD games

I want to know which android phones can play all the hd games that are available for the android platform, starting from the lowest cost phone.

I know XCD35/Blade can't, so does LG Optimus P500 or Galaxy Ace(lower screen resolution) manage?

Can you mention the name of the games which you are referring to as HD games?

It can then be answered by the people who have played that specific game on the phones that you have mentioned.

to play HD games,you need a WVGA screen...

So u better buy some WVGA phone...

Cheapest i saw was Milestone/SE X10 for 21K or 22K

If lower screen-resolution devices play those games, then why is it called HD ?

^^ i mean those like avatar and spiderman which don't work on Zte blade(too high requirements)

would the motorola defy be able to play them( i mean play EVERY GAME that is available for androids right now)?? Cuz if Moto Defy can't, even the Galaxy SL can't(same PowerVR SGX 530 gpu)

They can play them. The devices having SGX 540, 530, Adreno 200, Adreno 205 or equivalent, all can play the big games present in the android market.

Asphalt 5 HD, is the only game which is only for phones having Adreno 205-220 and SGX 540, i.e. Desire HD, Galaxy S, Nexus S etc.

And also, HD (mentioned in the game title) shows that, in order to run the game, your device should have a dedicated gpu or should be powerful enough to handle such graphics / textures / models etc.

i thought the HD moniker was only used for games that come in the nvidia tegra zone and require it to run?
