Here we end for now. As I said, I will try to update this guide monthly. Comments/ Suggestions/ Reps are welcomed. :)

SE Xperia Arc - TBH, It doesn't deserves it's place in this list. Priced at 28K, it will definitely get a no from my side. I mean why not buy a 30K priced phone(Optimus 2X) and get dual core processor?

People should stop using hardware specifications as the only reason. User experience is of big importance, LG optimus 2X has bad reviews from most of the users. Its a buggy phone, it has an ugly design etc..

SE Arc on the other hand has got rave reviews, its a polished phone with a good screen. Infact at a street price of 26-27k, its a good buy IMO.

Just one Motorola there....Milestone and Milestone 2 could figure out there.

Milestone - Spending around 20K on such old hardware doesn't make sense.

Milestone 2 - Not available in India.

--- Updated Post - Automerged ---

Added Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo and Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc. :)

Should I remove Incredible S from the list?

Finally, thanks to the moderators for moving this thread to the correct section and renaming it correctly. And other members for their valuable input. Keep the suggestion/update flowing in. :)

The hardware is same as LG O1. So LG O1 is outdated? Many people would give you "appropriate" replies for this
O1 is cheaper than the Moto Quench and has the same specs, so I guess you should use some common sense here.. And yes, with dual-core phones in the scenario, O1 is outdated. =/

I suppose in the 15-20k MOTOROLA DEFY needs to be mentioned.

At the price it is surely a great buy with a pleothera of preloaded apps and a myriad media featues.also the 800 MHz cortex processor is pretty decent

Sorry for late reply. Had a looooong powercut.

The reason XT3 & XT5 are outdated but LG O1 is not because Motorola has withdrawn its support for those devices while LG is going to update O1 to gingerbread.

Plus LG O1 has similar specs but (now) costs much lesser.

About HTC Wildfire, the display resolution is pathetic. There are better phones costing lesser than its asking price - LG O1 & Dell XCD35.

Its already there in the list. :)

By mistake I added content of Galaxy Neo. Changed it to Xperia Neo. Thanks.

BTW, guys should I remove Incredible S/Dell XCD35(as time passes, other phones which will not deserve a place in list anymore) completely from the list or just strike it off and put the content in spoiler like I did now? Which will be better?

then O1 shouldn't even make it to the list...here aren't we trying to post best VFM?

O1 is still supported and offered the upgrade to gingerbread is as well...i am yet to hear many other companies doing so...so it's offering more than it costs and as it is getting upgraded to latest OS i think other fones would be outdated just considering the OS...i aint talking about custom roms here !!
