You can checkout the Videocon Zeus , its for 11k i guess , has a 320*480 screen , 3.5G , WiFi and a 3.5mm jack .
 
The local dealers do not have android phones from Spice or Videocon.

And I am not too keen on Videocon, though I am not so averse to Spice.

At least not till I try one myself.
 
cool Spica is one of he best android phones ever...am also lookin for a android under 10k was about to get galaxy 3 but when i test-used it it had a cheap feel.. :)
