Android phone questions

Im looking to buy a smartphone in the next few months, most likely one of the Androids. Have a few questions in the meantime.

1) Any of the Android phones have call recording?

2) Any app/feature that will automatically set my phone to vibrate/silent depending on my appointments? For instance if I have a meeting between 10-11AM, I want the phone to be set to vibrate mode at 10AM and restored to prior mode at 11AM. I will be syncing my calendar with Outlook.

I think these things can be easily accomplished on any android phone

What might those apps be? Any link to reviews to confirm these 2 features?

1. Both the call recorder apps require that call to be on speaker mode. Both have really bad reviews too. So not sure if they work at all. Anyone here has used them?

2. I couldnt understand the description of that app. Can someone elaborate? Also, it costs 99c. I have to pay for such a basic functionality?
