Budget Above 25K Android phone under 30k; Moto X favoured

Hi

A friend is looking to get a new phone, he can stretch his budget to 30k

He's currently favoring the Moto X, but is there anything else in this price range he should consider?
Can he get the LG G2 within his budget?
Any input would be appreciated.

He can consider the Z1 Compact.

However Moto X is just great, unless he wants a super spec phone, or an awesome camera. Also I'm not quite sure about the Indian models of X, they might have locked bootloader, and they usually come pre-installed with 4.4.2, so no root, no method yet, so that's kinda bummer, at least for me.
