Android phone with best GPS?

I've used quite a lot Android phones and I found that the Galaxy S series has the worst GPS. GPS doesn't lock sometimes even after 10-15 min without AGPS being turned on. I recently bought Infuse and that has similar GPS performance as Galaxy S

I've found that Atrix and Photon has blazing fast GPS lock.

My friend is asking for a Android with superfast GPS lock. So, is there other options apart from Atrix or Photon? How is SGS2 in terms of GPS capability?
 
He had a Wildfire. Touchscreen went bad within warranty period. Replacement took almost a month

. After that he promised that he won't touch a HTC phone again.
 
Currently the fastest GPS locking phone on planet is probably Galaxy Note.

Locks every time within 10 seconds. Most of the times in under 5 seconds. Very accurate and precise at tracking as well.
 
Seems Samsung pulled up their socks with the GPS. Their GPS was literally broken on the Vibrant and horrible on the other Galaxy S variants. The SII doesn't have a decent one either.
 
Tried the Zeus ROM on Infuse. GPS was same as before.

But after some tweak Infuse is working pretty good. Replaced the gps.conf file with the modified file from this link and changed the SUPL setting to supl.nokia.com in AngryGPS. Turned on data for the first connection. Turned off data after that, GPS is now locking under 10 sec.

45 to 1 minute is about GS2 (Galaxy S2. ).

He said Note is fantastic not GS2

Thanks a lot mate. Looking forward to the infuse and some minor tweaking.
 
From my experience, Motorola Atrix was the fastest to get a lock (both in cold and warm modes)!
