Looking for a very basic android tablet for regular usage (browsing/multimedia)

Currently eyeing at below options in the order of my preference

- should do the job just fine
Viewsonic G-tablet with Tegra II - latest hardware & high potential device
Advent Vega with Tegra II (if it's available in US) - same as of Viewsonic
Barnes & Noble NOOK 3G + WiFi eReader Refurb. $105 Shipped @ Woot - Refurbished one, but looks like a good deal

Requirements:
- Availability: should be readily available in US, as I'll ask my friend to bring it along with him..
- Screen size: 7" to 10"
- Battery Life: decent battery life (should last atleast 8-12 hrs or so)
- Camera: optional
- 3g support: optional
- WiFi: yes
- Budget: the lesser, the better
