Afaik the galaxy tab old version should be in your budget

Also of you want the iPad 2 it should come for about 19k on ebay with coupons

Else look at the micromax fun book.

Guys, Thanks for replies. However, I am only looking for 10". I use Samsung Note so 7" would be of not much additional value to me. Also, I mentioned Android so ipad2 does not count.

G0t0hellb4me, thanks for the offer however I would prefer 1280x800 display vs touchpad 1024x768. I tried touchpad in local market yesterday and reading experience on galaxy was definitely better compared to touchpad but will certainly PM you to know your offer.
