1. Q: Budget?

A: 15k at max (Already increased my budget by Rs. 3,000 so please don't suggest me to increase the budget.)

2. Q: Preferred Form Factor

A: Bar

3. Q: Preferred display type?

A: any screen will do but should be with gorilla glass.

4. Q: Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.

A: Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson

5. Q: Preferred input method (Touchscreen, QWERTY, etc.)?

A: Touchscreen

6. Q: Camera required or not? If required, please specify type like front camera/flash/etc.

A: Atleast a 5MP camera with flash.

7. Q: Preferred operating system?

A: This is what confusing me.

8. Q: Preferred connectivity options?

A: 3G, WiFi

9. Q: What is your intended use for this phone ?

A: Camera and internet.

10. Q: Any other requirements?

A: Large screen, Lightweight, good battery backup and good camera.

11. Q: If you have already considered a phone then please mention the model.

limit your option to Android and WP 7 since you need lots of apps and games.

There are quantity wise more apps on android and also more free apps with ads in comparison to WP7.

WP7 is a beautiful OS out of the box, where as android is customizable.

For 15K android you have lots of options.. I would suggest the HTC one V, wait for some good ebay discout coupons and then grab it for approx 15K.

If you prefer WP7, Omnia W is perfect.

Go for omnia w. i have personally owned all the devices in my signature and i think it will suit you more. Battery life is very good and so is the browser.

OP clearly that he dosen't need those many apps and games.

For your requirements I would suggest Wave iii

Reasons-

1) bada os supports flash and since you mentioned you use internet a lot, this'll help.

2) Super amoled screen.

3) Bluetooth 3.0

4) Very good battery life (1500mAh) with 20 days standby time!

5) large screen (4")

Hence for web browsing wave III is best smartphone.

If you are not interested in other apps and games, then go for Windows Phone 7.5. Beautiful OS out of the box.

Well, you can Samsung Omnia W for Rs.15.2k. You can bargain and get it within 15k in local shops as well.

yeah wp7 will suits ur need better.

i think instead of omnia w try getting samsung focus which i think fulfill all ur requirement. and above all u will get it easily under 10000 approx.
