Annoying malware

I use win 7 ultimate 32 bit ....from last 2 months there is a wierd effect in my pc...few characters are randomly added while typing certain letters...like whenever I type o it is followed by 9...i have updated versions of norton 2011 and avast 6 ... Both don't pick anything plz suggest something

Are you sure its coz of malware and not your keyboard malfunctioning??

Sure... I tried the keyboard in my neighbour's pc and its fine ...can there be any other cause??
