Anonymous domain that forwards to a public URL

How do I do this?
I am looking for an inexpensive way to create a domain that will forward to a public site with a query string.
In addition I do not want anyone to (easily) find out that I own the domain or the forwarding page.

Here is an example:

I want to buy redcars.com
This URL will be configured to point to a redirecting page that points to a public URL (that I do not own) with a query string, such as: https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=red+cars
so, anyone going to redcars.com will get the results of the google query.

I dont want anyone to know that I own the domain (via whois and the like) or the forwarding site/page
lastly, and i know this is a stretch, i would rather not have to pay for hosting the forwarding page.
I realize that I will have to pay for the domain itself

any ideas on how to set this up?

Sounds too complex and seems impossible.

Even if that's possible it wont be that easy.
Via whois one can easily find your complete domain info.
Let's others.comment though.

You will require dns forwarding. This may or may not be permitted by your host.
Else you may need to setupup all this by yourselves at your home by setting up own server with a live ip and domain.

@nRiTeCh you are wrong brah and neither its complex or near impossible. easy peasy actually.

@OP you can get a WHOIS privacy. Only your domain provider and ICANN will know your identity.

If the query string is always constant and no processing required, then just link redirection will do. So you don't need hosting in that case.

Avi the query IS constant.
should i be able to include the URL & query when i buy and configure the domain?
any suggestions on who i should register the domain with? lowest rate, best control features, etc...
