Hey guys a friend of mine needs a new laptop from the US. His budget is 600$ and not a dollar more . Can you please help?

Ideally I would request the members to please post links to any of the known big sites like say newegg or bestbuy or so on..

HP pavillion (AMD) $600 after MIR

my suggestion :

Go for the ACER (or even the Toshiba).. it's dirt cheap at $430.. you can add another GB of RAM in India.. HDD is only 120GB though..

if you dont mind AMD, then even the HP is a good choice..
