Any Application to Block full internet access to a program

if you have a kaspersky internet security or any other such good internet security cum antivirus softwares, you can even customize the firewall on them. the Kaspersky firewall can be customized quite well and easily.
 
Any firewall will use the one which your anti virus suite has.

Add the required program to the program rules section of the firewall.

I use it prevent *ahem* softwares from accessing the internet also prevent the pesky adobe updates
 
Any decent firewall will do. I use Comodo Internet Security, it has one of the best firewalls and if you set it on training mode it will ask before letting any software access internet.

yeah .. and the same goes for Kaspersky Internet security firewall too.. on installing for the first time, it asks for level of access and privileges to be given to any application you start up except those that it finds for sure are not malicious and 100 % authentic.
 
yes, the expected "safe" software would be allowed to access the net. SO, to be doubly sure, disconnect the net connection, switch on the program/software and check in your firewall if that software was allowed to access the net, without asking your permissin, as it belongs to the "deemed" safe ones like ad0be. Now start blocking those that you don't want o access the net one by one.

This process - though significantly more time taking is the safer route.
