Any camera equipped cell phone for cheap

One of the folks working at my place needs a cheap solution asap since he lost his old phone last night.

Max budget: 2K, can be extended by a hundred or two for the right deal
Looking for Nokia or SE only.
Camera, radio and color display are a must.
Condition should be okay-ish or better with no cracks. Scratches or tiny dents are acceptable.

Delhi/NCR sellers highly preferred.

Gandhi notes are itching to find a tender, loving owner.

Havd a nokia 5500 sports. Needs some light repair. Mic vibrator and ringtone speaker sometime works and sometime not. Should be fixed under 200 or so. Great music. 2mp camera. But price is 3k plus shippings.
 
Thanks for the offer skumar. I'll talk to the guy in the morning and see if he can extend his budget. These guys don't have a huge savings kitty so every rupee spent is a big deal for them.

Any other offers guys?
