Am off with a friend to do some shopping for this PC. This is what has been decided and sealed upon on the budget......Any last minute tweaks u peeps suggest ? Please post in this thread asap....Thanks

Processor- i5 750

Motherboad- GA P55A UD3P

RAM- Corsair 2GB x 4 DDR3

PSU- VX450

Cabinet- Cooler Master 335

DVDRW - LiteOn

Rest all getting carried over from old rig.

- 8600GT (to be upgraded later)

- LCD monitor

- 1x 1TB HDD

- 1x 500GB HDD

- 1x 250GB HDD

PC will be used for running multiple VM's and Administration tools and hence the graphic card for now is absolutely fine.

and the HDD in the previous rig?

and the ram is DDR 3?

if ur previous rig is older than 2 years...then definetly buy a new HDD and graphic card:)

was thinking the same.....4gb ? but then say i have 3-4 vm's running at the same time , i can allocate 1gb only to each one of them....can save a good 6k maybe...will decide at the shop.

buy (2x3) then ...now u'll be able to allocate 1.5 gb to each vm:D...which is good to go:ohyeah:

and then afterwards u can buy that 2 gb (if needed)
