i know h61 will does support what i was saying any 3rd gen which is cheap and for budget looking for as low as possible 1-1.5k maybe and should be reliable
 
I have a gigabyte h61m + g2020 combo avail. The board works fine when booted but take around 4-6mins to boot into OS. I can make it 2k+ shipping for both cpu and mobo.
