Nope. I eventually figured a gaming PC will be cheaper and better. Lol. Got a gaming PC in June 2022 itself.

I had faced 1 month delay for custom clearance during peak covid time ('20) which was normal.
But as far as finding egpu solution, I had given up long ago. I purchased thunderbolt 3 laptops when they started rolling it out for windows laptops just to use it with egpu in the future, but there has been no viable options (since '17). Every time a new solution comes to the market it would prove building a separate pc as much feasible solution.
Even then if you want to get into egpu then there are the akitio enclosure mentioned above and sonnet on amazon:
Other solution you can look into are from ADT-Link M.2 Nvme based egpu:

As usual, costs as much as my entire PC minus the GPU. Absolutely no point buying this enclosure when you could get all of motherboard processor ram ssd psu and cabinet for as much.
