I want to know if i were to ask somebody to integrate an accelerometer with an SoC with a battery, how much would it cost? What if i were to include a temperature sensor as well?

Also, how much time would it take?

Do you know of anyone who can do this?

An ESP32 would be able to do all of this. The only time taken would be assembling them. You'd compile the code in an Arduino IDE and upload it.

You can add accelerometer and temperature sensor to almost all microcontrollers these days. These requirements are not useful, what accelerometer, what kind of temperature sensor and what SoC, is it a microcontroller or microprocessor? What is the end goal? Without these no one will be able to help you.
