Any experience with 3D miniature models?

I was checking out some gifts for a couple on their anniversary, and came across sites that make miniature 3D models of the couple. They require only photographs and claim to be able to create models from these. Does anyone have any experience with this? Some sites charge around 7k to 8k INR for a model of about 3 inches size. Are they really worth it? Any recommended site for these gifts?

New AI models are able to achieve this. I cannot find the exact model but you can find numerous sites with that capability:

I think they might be using something similar unless they model from scratch.
After that you can use a decent 3d printer for the miniature. One task would be to manually clean the 3d printed model.
