Review Any idea about Fides Electronics

They are Bengaluru based outfit, said to be authorized reseller from Element14. https://element14.fideselectronics.net/
Has anyone had any experience dealing with them or any other reseller of Element14? How is Tanotis ? Their price is higher than other resellers but what about their service?

Have used both Tanotis and Fides last year. The delivery in covid time was about 4 weeks(imported components) or so. Fides was a bit faster took about 12 to 14 days.

I mailed them before ordering the product. While the order processing was bit obfuscated, their communication through mail and phone was concise and precise. Ordered Digi Zero HAT from them and it arrived well within a fortnight's time.
