Zune HD not available officially in India. Unofficial imports should be available in National market. Try with KMD too. Organising a GO might reduce your costs quite a lot, if others are interested.

National market shops accept credit cards, but add a ~2% to the bill amount. Apparently they are passing on their CC banking charges to you.
