Any laptop which is not a netbbook but still around 20k

Guys I want a laptop for just general purposes like viewing movie, descent gaming and for net. It should have optical drive and a screen size not less than 11". Other factors like color, brand, portability doesn't matter. Anythin you suggest. My budget is around 20k and can be flexible to 1 or 2k

Are those inclusive of OS cost ? Or is that extra ?

Actually I am buying this for someone else, so dont want to get into the hassle of installing OS and finding drivers and stuff.

i also want a lappy with all featured undr Rs 20K..... in Mumbai....

Please give the best suggestion
