Any option to Bump consumer forum filed case?

I have files an online complaint against an online site on consumer forum.

It has been close to two months and its still in process.
View details shows noting/nor it ever showed anything for my earlier complaints.

Soon I will expose the scamming fraudelent site. My refund is stuck wit them for months now.

I'm looking for a way to bump the case and hence the thread.
Sometime feel like filing an FIR against them not for the refund but just for the sake of scaring them.

Can someone suggest how should I go about it?

You can file a RTI and ask the central authority concerned with NCH these questions.
1. Are companies permitted to ignore the complaints filed on INGRAM?
2. Are there any provisions for actions from NCH when companies intentionally harass consumers and block their refund.
