Any reputed and affordable VPS/domain registry services with servers in India that accept UPI?

Pretty much what the title says. I'm looking to write about how to get into self-hosting stuff and one of the barriers I see is being able to conveniently purchase domains, hosting. I remember that being a huge barrier when I was a kid since my parents didn't even have debit cards.

For domain registry, I think GoDaddy accepts UPI and few others might too. But I haven't seen that for VPS. Hostinger might but I find their pricing very scummy. Oracle Cloud is honestly the best option for beginners given their generous free tier but you need a credit card for signing up.
