Any way I can break an ISO file to burn in a dvd, without RARing it up, for eg. if its an installable, it will ask for the next dvd to continue, or something on the lines?

well if some one answers it would be fabulous :)

but only way i have done couple of my older dvd9 my loading iso ... getting the files to my system.... then using Magic ISO to create new images ....

Im guessing you have an 8gb iso and want to split it and burn in two 4gb discs. I don't think it's possible. Why do you think in Cracked games with installations which won't fit on 1 disc are rared up?

OR, install that thing, and then Pack the installed software in RAR archieve or Exe archieve and split it in the various parts :)

Maybe that will work

AFAIK there is no .ISO001 and .ISO002 type thingy when it comes to ISO format.

I normally Rar the ISO's higher than 4.4 GB.

Compression is set to "Store" i.e. no compression [So that extraction speed is max].

Split it at 733mb so while burning the DVD i get 6x733 MB = 4398 MB which fits exactly on a DVD.

@Aces :-

If the ISO in this Question is a game then there might be a way..

There was a thread on Wbb where steps were given to burn one 8 GB ISO into two DVDs. Well it differed from Game to Game so you might have to look up but I tried it for Rainbow Six II and it worked perfectly.

i would recommend, keep entire iso in compressed rar/ zip file in DVD and when needed use Winmount ( a bit buggy) to mount these compressed files as virtual drives by giving reference to their path on DVDs. U wont be required to extract them before using/ installing software from them.
