Any way to find duplicate files on a HDD ?

Is there any easier way to find duplicate files on a HDD ? My two external HDDs are almost full and data is scattered in them (not across them). Like 1 HDD might have a TV series and probably the same HDD has the exact same TV series an exact same files but located somewhere. I know one way is search manually but is there any application or something which can do this for me and i can then selectively delete the data ?

Tried this first and works like a charm. Already trimmed 30 GB of duplicate files :O There is still more in the list.
Good this is that it even checks the MD5 sum/ hash of the files so even if the names are different the content is actually the same.

Duplicate Cleaner free which you used though, is also a great program. I have had good experience with AllDup too. Auslogics Duplicate File Finder is also good.
