Any way to make the feed appear in TV channels?

I have a set top box from Hathway which has RCA output(Red, Yellow and White wires).
The feed from the set-top box doesn't appear on a TV channel, instead it comes in via the Video1/Video2 feed.
Is there a way to make the feed appear via TV channels which in turn will help me throw away the remote of the set-top box and stick on to the TV remote itself? Please let me know if this is possible!!

Well you should look for RF out(on STB) and connect it to your ANT in (on TV).
Then tune your TV. But you will still need the STB remote to change channels. so you are back to square One !

Better get a basic Universal remote- One4All is quite value for money. That way you can copy your STB settings onto it and the TV Power On/Off as well - so you use only one remote! Just check the model before you buy - it should be able to Copy functions from your original TV & STB remote, else it will be a waste.

I use a Philips SRU5170, cost me INR 2000. got it for my mom as she hated to struggl with two remotes !
