Storage Solutions Anybody know of a internal 3TB 5400 or 7200rpm drive in the market?

If yes which brand and what price? Its time to move all the data on my 3 1TB hardisks to the new internal drive. Pain in the butt to connect all three drives together always. I'll use the three drives as backup.

Had asked in prime 2 weeks back. Had bought a new 2TB, so had asked cost of 3TB. Swapnil said something in the 8K range, i believe. Will check it out today too.
 
1 3TB is really a bad idea, more so if you are putting all your precious stuff in it.

Better go with 2 X 2 TB. You stand to lose less data in the worst case.

All the original backups will be on the 3 1TB external disks. I want to move all this data to an internal 3TB drive because its a pain in the ass to connect so many usb devices. Plus the fear that they are constantly exposed to visitors in the room (friends, guests etc.) to copy information within secs is not a good idea IMO.
 
Prime is a store in mumbai,lamington road.Swapnil works as a sales employee there.

Will Concur with my mates here.get 2*2 tb.makes more sense
 
Well, sorry for the wrong info, as of now there is only Hitachi 3TB@12k in the market for internal drives.

The Seagate 3TB comes for 8.3K.
