Anybody played Omikron: Nomad Soul?

I was looking at some of my older magazine cds and this one which featured Omikron: Nomad Soul caught my eye. A 1999 game I think, a GTA3 precursor. The demo felt great, then and now. Loved the intro music (David Bowie), cool cutscenes, strangers interacting with you (and you had a wife too :bleh: ), hand to hand combat, furturistic settings, futuristic malls and gunshops, eerie mind control programmes...sigh...unfortunately it never appeared in the market, neither the *duh* version nor original afaik.

Just wondering if anybody liked it or is it just me?
 
ya it was a great game. i too played the demo & then went to buy the game & bought the original which was cheaper than the copied version. lol.

have the orig 4cd box etc.
 
it was available in chennai. Again, cheaper than buying pirated. Got stuck on the rooftop jumping level.
 
that's 1 game i'v always wanted 2 play. never did get my hands on it :(

if there is no exam just after the TE meet, ill give it to you then.
