CPU/Mobo Anybody using FX8120/8150 CPU with ASUS Crosshair IV Formula Mobo

Hi

I was intending to upgrade my CPU from AthlonII X4 620 to FX 8120 or FX8150
My motherboard is ASUS Crosshair IV Formula.
All other component details are given in my signature

Is the CPU upgrade worthwhile and will the CPU work with just the BIOS update to 3029 or other tweaking are also required ?
(No other components will be upgraded)

Will I have to do a clean install of my OS (Win 7 64 bit) again or just a repair will do or neither will be required ?

Is anybody using the combination successfully?

Change the CPU to AMD FX 8350 instead of 8150. OK. Just update your Bios to the latest version. That's enough. OK.
