I facing a terrible browsing problem since a few hours 
sites arent opening at random..i am getting the page not found error.
If sites open they appear without pictures or just load half way...
But the downloads are fine i am gettin full speed on http n torrents.
thing is today the wire for my connection was replaced because someone had cut it a few buildings away....so i am not sure if its because of the wire or it is a general problem with Tata.
i pinged the default getway and got 1 maybe 2 request timed out in over 30 mins.
But pinging yahoo.com or yahoo.co.in or google.com is a big problem coz sometimes the pinging wont start at all!
and if does ping i am getting random request time out's....thats the request time outs dont appear at the same time for different pings they occur at random.
So i am guessing this a problem which doesnt really involve the local cabling...coz it takes those guys atleat 2 days to change/replace the cable!!
