Anyone getting low speeds on Exatt?

Exatt is at it again....i just renewed my 256k pack today and i am getting not more than 18K download speeds....and even that isnt stable keeps fluctuating...

on futher investigation....i found a that many ppl are facing this problem in mumbai...and the India Broadband forum has a nice thread for it...

Any1 here facing the same problem?

After Sify...Exatt is the biggest chor around!!

I am facing problems with Pacenet as well, getting speeds of 15-17K max when i should be getting 34-35K.

in pune, on exatt...no probs...32-34kBps....256kbps plan

getting slow speeds on exatt since the 1st of jan. still not been fixed. using 256kbps acount & getting 18 - 19kb

i use 128kbps current. max speed is 15-16. on 256 i used to get 32

Same here, Mumbai, they say speeds are cut buy upto 40% due to "Network Loss and Choke" I get 22kbps.. 256k connection..

nothing on airtel. its still going at the speeds it regularly goes at.

i guess now the problem on pacenet is resolved i m again getting speeds of 32~35KBps

Hmmm..... even mine has gone down from 30-31Kbps to 21-24Kbps with Exatt 256Kbps plan since New year... Does anyone know what is actually happening???

no idea. according to them the speeds are fine.

i talked to head of the server for exatt, according to him they have reduced the speed but he dint tell me y. maybe trying to save money cause of too much bandwidth being used.

Well, like i said, they told me its due to "Network Loss and Choke", and that itll be fixed within 2 weeks. This was about 2 months back.

Wish airtel starts up in my area soon....there is no reliable ISP in mumbai!!!

same for me...these fu****s have reduced the b/w to half....i'm getting 32KBps max on a 512kbps connx..

that sucks....its been like this since early jan.........

yeah sure...but i guess it won't help.....i'm thinking of switching over to MTNL dataone BB...at least dnlds at night 12-8am are not capped...and cost wise also it wrks out to be very reasonable...@,500 per month including the CPE rental...

I am from Santacruz..here also since start of the year speeds are reduced. I have a 256 and now i get max 23 kbps ..first i used to get 30-32 kbps ..I have even mailed them but no reply. We thought its just wid our area netwrk, now we know its exatts fault
